These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and slostpk ("slostpk", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the slostpk online gaming platform, including its website at slostpk.net, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one registered slostpk account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method association, or any other method — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances voided, and any winnings forfeited without compensation.
Your slostpk account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, account balance, or any accrued loyalty points or rewards to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.
Prohibited Users: Individuals who are employees, contractors, or agents of slostpk, or immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform. Software developers, game providers, or testing personnel with knowledge of unpublished game configurations are similarly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slostpk account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. slostpk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify slostpk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised. slostpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
You agree not to use any automated tool, script, bot, or artificial intelligence system to access or interact with the Platform. Automated access of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
slostpk accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. slostpk does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.
All funds deposited to your slostpk account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page within your slostpk account dashboard. These thresholds are subject to change and may vary by payment method. Players are responsible for checking current minimums at the time of each transaction.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your slostpk balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take longer during public holidays or outside standard banking hours in Pakistan.
No Currency Conversion: slostpk does not apply currency conversion fees or foreign exchange spreads. Your PKR deposit amount is credited to your account in full, subject only to any charges applied at source by your payment provider, over which slostpk has no control.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details associated with your slostpk account. slostpk reserves the right to route withdrawals back to the original deposit method where operationally feasible.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 10. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is successfully concluded.
slostpk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically received by the player within a further 30 minutes following processing. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the receiving institution.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. Withdrawal limits may be adjusted at slostpk's discretion, particularly in connection with bonus-linked balances or accounts under KYC review.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. slostpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified via registered email before any deduction is applied.
slostpk offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before a withdrawal request can be processed against those funds.
slostpk employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; using automated systems to place bets; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Where bonus abuse is identified, slostpk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the associated account without prior notice.
Automatic Crediting: Eligible bonuses on slostpk are credited automatically to your account balance. You do not need to contact support or enter a promotional code unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. Track your active bonuses and wagering progress from your account dashboard after logging in.
All sports bets, including cricket betting markets covering PSL fixtures, international T20 matches, bilateral series, Test matches, and other sporting events, are governed by the specific betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.
slostpk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed on a market that was opened or settled incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. No liability will attach to slostpk for any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.
In-play or live betting markets are made available at slostpk's discretion. Odds on live markets fluctuate in real time and reflect the current state of play. Bets accepted at a particular in-play price are binding and cannot be amended once confirmed. Connectivity delays experienced by the player do not entitle them to cancel a confirmed in-play bet.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and are specified within the sportsbook betting rules. Winnings that would exceed the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at that maximum regardless of the calculated return. slostpk will notify players of applicable maximum payout limits within the relevant betting interface.
Casino games available on slostpk — including slots, live dealer games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat, crash games, and instant-win titles — are governed by the rules specific to each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the theoretical long-run return of each game under normal operating conditions.
All RNG-based casino games on slostpk use certified random number generation systems verified by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely determined by chance. Past outcomes have no influence on future results. slostpk does not manipulate game outcomes and has no mechanism to do so.

In the event of a verified game malfunction — including software faults, server errors, or connectivity failures on slostpk's infrastructure — all bets and wagers placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned. slostpk accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet connectivity failures or device malfunctions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slostpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
Suspected fraud or money laundering: slostpk is obligated under international anti-money laundering standards to report suspicious transaction activity. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds will be frozen immediately, and relevant information will be disclosed to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
slostpk is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. Identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slostpk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
slostpk's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their slostpk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. slostpk is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any specific outcome or return. Never wager amounts that you cannot afford to lose. slostpk accepts no liability for gambling-related financial losses beyond the limitations stated in these Terms.
slostpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that closing the account is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms by the player, slostpk reserves the right to withhold and void any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC.

slostpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their slostpk account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without individual notification.
Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification or, if no specific date is stated, 14 days after the notification is issued. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied under slostpk's operating licence jurisdiction. Players agree that any dispute shall first be addressed through slostpk's internal complaints resolution process before any external escalation is pursued.
